Are all your products vegan? 

Yes! All of our products are 100% Vegan! 

Are all your products gluten free? 

Many of our products are labelled gluten-free, and we have our gluten-free hamper which has a selection of gluten-free goodies. However, as we do not manufacture our products in house we cannot 100% guarantee an item will not contain traces of gluten. However, all of the items in our hampers are individually packaged with all ingredient information required.  

Our hampers contain products that may contain traces of nuts, gluten or dairy.  You must consider this carefully when ordering a product as we are not responsible for any allergic reaction to any of our products by any recipient of your hamper order.

Why do some products have “may contain traces of dairy/ milk/ nuts? 

Some products have labels which state they “may contain” an allergen. This is an allergen warning to those who have severe allergic reactions. This label does not mean that the allergens have been used in the product. This is due to cross contamination which could occur from sharing factory equipment or airborne particles in commercial kitchens.

How will my recipient know who sent them the hamper? 

All of our hampers come with complimentary gift cards in which you can customise the message that you would like on the card. We suggest to add "to" and "from" to these cards.

Can I swap one of the products in a hamper for a different one? 

All of the items in our hampers are available to purchase individually, if you would like to customise your pack please head over to our create your own hamper page, this is the easiest way to pick your hamper products.

I was gifted a hamper and want to purchase some of the items in my hamper, can I do this?

Yes! Simply add any of the products to your cart and purchase. You only need to select the "Create Your Own Hamper" option if you are wanting the hamper gift box set up. All products can be purchased individually.

Do you post to PO boxes or Parcel lockers? 

Yes, we can send via Australia post so the hamper can be delivered to a PO Box or Parcel locker.

Do you offer local pick up in Brisbane? 

Yes, we offer local pick, please contact us here or message us via Facebook or Instagram and we can arrange this.  

How long will the hamper take to arrive? 

We offer 3 delivery types: 

  • Standard Delivery via Sendle, Australia Post & Fed Ex
  • Express Post via Australia Post
  • Local pick up (Brisbane only, contact us here or message us via Facebook or Instagram to arrange )

What types of delivery do you offer?  

We send items via Sendle, Australia Post & Fed Ex

STANDARD DELIVERY - $14.95 per hamper per address.

  • Can deliver to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers  
  • Delivery estimates below may increase by 1-2 business days during busy periods such as Christmas, Easter, Mother's and Father's Day.  
  • Deliveries are made during business hours Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). If an order is placed over the weekend it will dispatched on the following Monday.  
  • Deliveries to some regional areas may be made directly to the nearest post office  
  •  If the parcel is to be delivered to a business address please give instructions as to where to leave the gift e.g. at reception desk.  

EXPRESS DELIVERY - $24.95 per hamper per address. 

    • Sent via  Australia Post Express or if needed we may send via a courier. 
    • Please note Australia Post is experiencing delays due to Covid 19 and express delivery may be affected. Please see the below extract from Australia Post Website: "Current operating constraints mean we can’t guarantee next-business-day delivery at the moment."  

    "This change is necessary because of:

      • new COVID-19 workplace health and safety requirements
      • record parcel volumes
      • fewer passenger flights (which we usually rely upon to carry many of our parcels)"
    • Deliveries are made during business hours Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). If an order is placed over the weekend it will dispatched on the following Monday.  
    • Deliveries to some regional areas may be made directly to the nearest post office  
    •  If the parcel is to be delivered to a business address please give instructions as to where to leave the gift e.g. at reception desk. 

    How long will my order take?  

    Unfortunately we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates on our vegan hampers in Australia. We will aim to get your package to the recipient as quickly as possible.   

    Delivery times vary depending on where the recipient is situated in Australia. Please see below for estimated delivery times to your closest city via standard post.

    Please note Plant Based Hamper Co has no control over delivery times once the parcel has been shipped.

    What if no one is available at the delivery address at the time of delivery?  

    We do not allow authority to leave unless we have written permission from the purchaser accepting the risk of theft and or weather damage to the parcel being left, however, if the recipient is not home, the delivery driver will do one of the following (depending on which delivery method is chosen):  

    • Leave a card advising the recipient that the parcel will be scheduled or re delivery or has been taken to the nearest post office for pickup (depending which shipping company is used) 
    • Return the parcel to our warehouse (Hospital deliveries, Same day deliveries, etc  -redelivery fees will apply)  

    In order to ensure that someone will be present during business hours, and to avoid re delivery fees, it is recommended to send the parcel to a business address. Re delivery fees may apply for any deliveries that need to be reattempted.
